Complaints already?

These past couple of days, ive been reading a lot about complaints people have with the poor customer service google offers for their new nexus one.
It has only been out for about a week, and the search guru's new smart phone can be used by virtually any world wide network.
There seems to be quite a lot of confusion over who should respond to customer queries, leading to people being unhappy with Google. There are many complaints on blogs, forums and news reports such as bbc and cnn. I am confident Google will do the necessary not to make their ace flop!
