So far, hundreds of people have logged problems with the Nexus Ones. These complaints include problems with the 3G wireless networks, reported bugs when synchronising contacts or getting the Nexus One to work with existing Google accounts. The main complaints I keep reading about are based on the amount of time it takes Google to respond to queries... Consider the phone Just came out.
Google says it would answer problems via e-mail, now this type of customer service might be more personal where the answers are more specific to individual problems or issues one might have... but most problems seem to be similar so why not have a fix link on their website? Besides, it seems as if it takes a day or two to respond...
Most people feel that with a smart phone over $500 should offer at least a dedicated help line...
A spokesman for Google said: "We've worked closely with our Nexus One launch partners to make support available through a variety of channels", "This is a new way to purchase and support a mobile phone, and we're committed to sorting out the few kinks that do exist."
you better Google
